There are 3 floors in this house.
The Lower Floor:
This floor is accessible by the outside and is a great place to drop off luggage and gear. There are three bedrooms on it:
#1 includes a full size bed that sleeps 2 (linens provided)
#2 includes 2 sets of bunks that sleeps 4
#3 includes 2 sets of bunks that sleeps 4
There is a bathroom on this floor complete with a shower and double sinks. The washer and dryer is also located on this floor.
The First Floor:
This is the main living area with a kitchen, dining room, family room, living room and a bathroom.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Breakfast bar (seats 5 people), Microwave, Glass-top cooking range, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Pull-out trash bin, Refrigerator with an ice maker, 4-Toast/Toaster, Toaster-broiler, stainless steel pots and pans.
The Dining room has over head lighting and seats 10 comfortably. This dining room has large windows that overlook 10 acres.
The Living room has a large 4-sided fireplace, 3-sofas, 1-matching chair, overhead lighting and several lamps.
The Family room includes 1-sofa, 1-love seat, and 1 recliner. This room also includes an LCD TV with a VCR, DVD and stereo. The TV is already hooked up to cable.
There is also a full bathroom on this floor complete with a bathtub and shower with ceramic tiles
The Second Floor:
This floor has 3 bedrooms on it and a bathroom with a shower and a single sink.
#1 includes a King size bed that sleeps 2. This room has 12 foot ceilings with a ceiling fan and a view of Bromley Ski Mountain (Linens provided)
#2 includes a King size bed that sleeps 2. This room also has 12 foot ceilings with a ceiling that has a view of the beautiful 10 acres. This room also has an LCD TV complete with a DVD player. (Linens provided)
#3 includes a twin size bed with a pull out that sleeps 2.
You will need to bring linens for all twin size/bunk beds. The linens are provided ONLY for the full and king size beds.
Christmas week (Dec. 26 - Dec. 29): $850 per night
New Years (Dec. 30 - Jan. 1): $950 per night
Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend (Jan. 17 - Jan. 20): $750 per night
Presidents' Weekend (Feb. 14 - Feb. 17): $750 per night
School Vacation (Feb. 18 - Feb 23): $700 per night
All ski season non-holiday weeks and weekends are a 2-night minimum at $650.00 per night
The summer you can rent the house weekly for $1295 or nightly for $325.00 with a 2-night minimum. Columbus Day Weekend you can rent the house for $375 per night (2-night minimum). Thanksgiving Weekend you can rent the house for $400 per night (3-night minimum). Memorial day weekend you can rent the house for $325 per night (2-night minimum).
All rentals require a security deposit of $200.00 as well as a cleaning fee of $150
A check equaling one nights stay is required to hold the reservation. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to move in date.
