Apartment #1: Sleeps 5 - 7
Bedrooms: Main floor has one bedroom with one king bed.
Second floor has two bedrooms with three twin beds.
Living room has sofa with queen-size hide-a-bed.
Bath: Main floor features a 3/4 bath (toilet, sink, and shower).
Apartment #2: Sleeps 4 - 6
Bedrooms: Second floor has one bedroom with one king bed and one bedroom with two twin beds.
Living room has sofa with queen-size hide-a-bed.
Bath: Main floor has 1 full bathroom (toilet, sink, and tub with shower).
Both units have a country kitchen equipped with a dinette set, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffeemaker, glasses, dishes, silverware, and utensils. Each living room features a cordless phone (local outgoing calls only), and a television with DVD player.
Enjoy the screened lakefront gazebo, picnic table with 8 chairs inside (additional lawn chairs are available), and a glider love seat and chair on the deck. A gas grill is also available for guest use.
There is an 18' long FLOE dock with an 8' x 12' attached dock for lounging. Relax by the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the Lake Elmore breeze. Bring beach towels and bug repellent to pass!
Walk to the Elmore General Store and Elmore State Park. The park provides access to a sandy beach, swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, and hiking trails to a fire tower with 360 degree views. Direct access to VAST and Catamount trails.
Limited TV channels, and intermittent cell service and internet.

Apartment #1: $900 per week. $50 per person over 7 persons. $150 each additional night, if approved. (ABSOLUTELY No pets in this unit)
Apartment #2: $900 per week, $50 per person over 6 persons. $150 each additional night, if approved.
Additional $75 Non-refundable housekeeping fee per Apartment. Additional Vermont 9% meals and rooms taxes. Additional $100 Pet Fee. 50% Reservation deposit required.
Apartments are NOT rented separately. Great for family reunions or weddings!
