Home has all amenities: grand oak fireplace, beautiful tile on radiant heat floors, Sanijet whirlpool (pipeless), picnic seating, gas grill, fire pit, wonderful deck to spend relaxing time in,TV, telephone, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Pets allowed.

Otter Cove is very private yet 10 minutes away from town. It is wonderful surrounding of beauty and serenity here in Otter Cove. Jay Peak downhill skiing 15-20 minutes. Owls Head downhill skiing is just over Canadian border - 20-25 minutes. VAST snowmobile trails 5-10 minutes. Cross country skiing, ice skating, excellent fishing (including ice shanty), shopping, cinemas, restaurants, country club, tennis, golfing, kayaking and more.

Summer months June- September Weekly rental of 1899 plus additional taxes and fees
OFF SEASON RATES (October 31st - June 4th, excluding holidays):
Weekly rate: $1225. for two guests; $1299 for three-four guests.
Weekend rate (2 nights):inquire
Midweek (3-night minimum) inquire
Cleaning fee $75.00.

Plus 9% VT rooms tax. $250 security deposit.
Pets are allowed, A $50 cleaning fee for more than one pet no more than 2 pets.
