A great retreat located on very tranquil Lake Parker. The loon-induced meditative porch and backyard hammock were created with the idea of the perfect place to wind down from your daily lives. If you enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming and fishing, this small lake is perfect. The cottage was built with the rural cottage style in mind and appears to be from another era. However, once inside it is, in fact, equipped with all the modern conveniences in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are three bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full beds) and two full baths in this two-story, year-round cottage. It is heated with radiant heat plus a charming gas fireplace in the living room. Two sets of French doors exit onto a classic wraparound screened/windowed porch with views of Lake Parker. Please no smoking or pets.

The dock area is the step-off point for excursions on the lake, or swimming or fishing, or sitting and watching nature. Located close to golf courses, more lakes and rivers, beautiful quiet country roads for biking, or walking to the nearby quaint village of West Glover with its old general store and fabulous destination best-in-Vermont pizza parlor.

In the event you need to be indoors, the house is equipped with WIFI (Hi-speed internet connection) & Direct TV.

During wintertime, there is downhill skiing at Jay Peak and Burke Mountains as well as cross-country skiing out the door or on the lake or the Craftsbury Ski Center.

$1300/week plus 9% VT rooms tax, plus $100 refundable security deposit.
3 night Weekends - $ 200 per night.
