Carmel Loft is situated on the top floor of the owner's secluded home, just 10 driving miles from Jay Peak Resort.

There is one bedroom with queen bed & queen sofabed in living room. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The area is very open and bright since it has a cathedral ceiling and lots of large windows, especially facing south. New kitchen and new bath with a 36” shower stall.

Renters have access to rec. room with billiards.

Outdoors: 21 acres of woods, on private road ¼ mile from Route 100. There is a patio with gas grill, woodshed/car port (or park snowmobile there), wood-fired 6-person cedar Finnish sauna by brook.

Location: Just half mile to village store, near VAST trail and Jay Peak Resort. Hazen's Notch cross-country ski trails are nearby. Stowe is about 1 hour south on Rte 100 & Montreal is 2 hours north.

2 nights (minimum): $303.88
3 nights: $374 (a 4th and 5th night will be prorated at $124.67 each)
6 nights: $631.13 (extra nights prorated at $105.19)

As soon as we receive your non-refundable $300 rental deposit, you then “own” your dates. This deposit will be applied to your balance due which is due by 21 calendar days before your arrival.

Within 1 week of your departure, your $200 security deposit will be returned, pending no damage/theft.

Cancellation policy: 3 weeks' notice -- All refunded except your $300 deposit.
Less than 3 weeks' notice - no refund.
