The private beach is equipped with dock. Canoe, paddle boat and adult life jackets are provided. The nearby islands are a favorite spot for kayaking.

Under vaulted ceiling, the living room offers classic comfort with mission-style furniture and decor. A large, round antique coffee table provides a great space for playing games or sharing evening cocktails and appetizers. A chock-full cabinet offers hours of intrigue and intellectual stimulation through a collection of books, movies, games and puzzles. WEEKLY RATES for this Lake Memphremagog cottage rental:

June through September:
3 p.m. Saturday to 11 a.m. Saturday
$1,100 per week plus 9% VT rooms tax.

Half of rental fee and a $250 damage deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.

Leave cottage as you find it or opt to pay a cleaning fee.
