· Half payment of rental is required to reserve condo, 25% if 9 months or more in advance. Final payment is due 30 days prior to rental with $100 cleaning fee, 9% Rooms Tax and $250 security deposit.
Holiday periods are considered Peak. During Peak times, we reserve the right to limit short-term stays of less than 1 week. Please contact us for availability.
