The 80-acre property adjoins The Nature Conservancy's 254-acre Barr Hill Preserve, offering picnic sites & hiking trails, with views over Vermont's Green Mountains & New Hampshire's White Mountains.

A separate guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, sleeping four, is available at $950/week during July and August, $700/week during May and June, and $700/week during September - Oct 10. A dock on the lake, 0.6 mile down Baker Hill, offers the house & guesthouse a canoe & private access to swimming, boating and fishing.

Greensboro village has several fields and forests conserved by The Nature Conservancy & local land trusts. The Mountain View Country Club offers tennis & golf that non-members can access for daily fees. There are two nearby gourmet restaurants.
