Relaxing waterfront seating area equipped with Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. There's an umbrella table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sunset. You can swim off the dock or out to the raft. Enjoy using the many boats we provide or bring your own and launch it at the public boat access on the third pond and tie it up on our mooring. There is a sailboat, rowboat, canoe, a single kayak and a double kayak for your use. We are adjacent to the tennis courts, Pavilion, basketball court, playground/swings and large field. We are right next to the developing Lamoille Valley Rail Trail.

There is a large deck with plenty of seating including another umbrella table and just off the deck a gas grill. Inside you will not want for anything. There is WiFi, color cable TV in the living room and master BR,a DVD, VHS, washer/dryer, and an extra refrigerator in the basement. There are several reclining seats to relax in. For our early and late visitors there's a fireplace and heat.

Bedrooms: On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king bed and a room with two twins. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. One king, one queen, and a double bed. There is a bunk room in the basement with four bunks. The basement is partially finished with a game room, bathroom and laundry.

Stowe, Jay Peak,Ben and Jerry's Factory, Cabot Cheese Factory, Burke Mountain, hiking, biking all within a 45-minute drive. Museum, planetarium and movie theatres within 15-minute drive. Several grocery stores nearby, as well as gift and antique shops.

June, July and August $ 2050.00 per week plus 9% Vt rooms tax and $100 cleaning fee.

May, September and October $1900.00 plus Vt rooms tax and cleaning fee

Available for $275 per night (3-night minimum)plus 9% Vt rooms tax plus $100 cleaning fee if unoccupied in June, September and October.
