Close to the newly renovated Clubhouse(opening December 2013)featuring indoor and outdoor pools, game room, movie room, hot tub, exercise room and more (no additional fee is required for Clubhouse use if booked through Chimney Hill Rental Management). Other Chimney Hill amenities include: outdoor ice skating rink, fishing pond, wilderness trails, snowmobile trails (part of the VAST system), kids play areas, tennis courts, basketball court, Bocce and horseshoe courts (some facilities are seasonal).

Home is fully equipped except for bed linens and towels (can be arranged at an additional fee).

Winter Weekend - non-holiday: $550.
Ski Week - Sunday - Thursday: $1025.
Holiday: $375 per night (New Years, Martin Luther King weekend & President's week).
Fall Rates: $225 per night.
Summer: weekly $775. Daily $175
Prices do not include 10% rooms tax, $75 service fee, and $300 security deposit.
