Very child friendly house with lots of room to explore and play. 500' of lake frontage. Nature walk, boat and swim. DSL internet provided. Nine hole golf course 4 miles away. Great house for families and artists. Paint, write, rest up. Linens provided. Pets welcome.

Rental deposit ($200) holds the cottage for one or two weeks. It is refundable if booking is canceled within 30 days. Single week stays can pay when you arrive. Stays of 2 weeks and longer must be paid in advance. Payment dates negotiable. If booking is canceled within 30 days (for other than dire emergency) half of the rental fee will be refunded.

9% VT rooms tax added to rates for rentals of 30 days or less.

Reservation/Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $200 is required. Reservation
deposits are refunded in full if booking is cancelled within four weeks of
the starting date. Reservation deposit will be converted to cleaning/damage
deposit upon arrival and will be refunded after your stay, provided the
house has been cleaned. The full rental fee is due upon arrival. Stays of
longer than two weeks must be paid in full three weeks before your booking
begins.

Children and pets are especially welcome!
