Great summer fun. Wonderful hiking trails,crystal clear swimming holes all mninutes away. Our property is back to back the the Green Mtn National forest. We are 6 miles to Emerald Lake small boating, wonderful beach.
7 miles to the Vermont summer festival in E Dorset.

Cabin has 2 bdrms, full bed dwnstrs, upstairs full and single bed.
Kitchen fully stocked pots,pans,stove,micro/convect,full refridgerator,
coffee maker,toaster, dishwasher etc. The cabin sleeps 4-5,Wi-fi, Cable
this rental is top of the line rental.

Carriage House:
Has 2 bedrooms, Queen in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a full size and a single. Kitchen fully loaded with all you need to make any meal including a dishwasher. Krueg coffee maker with a great variety of coffee on the house. Beautiful hardwood floors with vaulted ceilings.
Living room has a full size futon, Wi-fi and large screen cable TV.

Both locations are fully loaded with everything you need.
Just bring your clothes. We have all soaps and Shampoos also.

We are minutes from Manchester and the outlets, great eateries, etc.

Rates:
We will try to be as flexible as we can with dates and the rates if you are on a budget. Give us a shout to see what we can do for you.
Cancellation policy:
48-hr notice for full refund; less than 48-hr notice 50% refund.
No refunds because of bad weather.
Children under 10 free.
Add $50.00 small pet fee for the weekend

$155 per night 2 guests; $25 per guest per night.

*Summer Season* June 13 - Sept 13
$165 per night 2 guests; $25 per guest per night

$175 per night 2 guests; $30 per guest per night

*Winter Season: 9000.00 Season
