This charming lakeside cottage features a screened porch, dock, raft, rowboat, canoe, 2 kayaks, and an outside fire pit. The knotty pine interior features comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6). One upstairs bedroom features 1 king-size bed and the other a queen size, and the downstairs study/bedroom has a daybed which converts to a king or 2 singles.

Tinmouth Pond is a small mountain lake surrounded by seasonal cottages in the midst of a rural farming community. It is less than an hour away from such popular destinations as Manchester's famous outlet stores, the Equinox House, and historic Hildene, home of Robert Todd Lincoln; Weston's legendary country store and summer theater; beautiful Dorset Inn and summer theater, Bromley and Killington ski areas featuring exciting summer activities, and many more.

$1000 per week.
Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday.
One week minimum rental.
Subject to VT 9% rooms tax.
$75 cleaning fee.
$400 reservation/security deposit, due upon booking and refundable upon successful inspection.
Higher deposit and cleaning fee applied for renters with pets.
Total amount of rent is due 2 months prior to arrival.
PAYPAL preferred, but checks are accepted.
Cancellation policy - Full refund if cancelled 1 month prior to reservation period.
