Our property is ideal for individuals, couples, families or family reunions. We are a summer and fall resort offering rental cottages on 400' of private sandy beach located in the heart of central Vermont's Green Mountains (less than 10 miles from Poultney VT).

The cottages have 2 or 3 bedrooms and accommodate 5 to 6 people comfortably. They are neat, cozy, and attractively furnished. Complete with fully equipped kitchens, private baths with showers and WiFi. Also included: a picnic table, a charcoal bbq grill and beach chairs. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels, pillows, blankets and quilts.

For more than 60 years families have found our rental cottages comfortable, fun, relaxing and memorable.

We have 8 docks for waterfront fishing and boating. Enjoy one of the many boats we have for general use and kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, rowboats - or you may bring your own boat and launch it at our waterfront.

We suggest bringing life jackets for each individual (some life jackets available for a small fee, including some toddler and infant life jackets). Life jackets are mandatory for boating in Vermont.

Badminton, horseshoes, basketball, croquet and terrific fishing on premises. Fishing licenses are mandatory for fishing in Vermont.

If you are an active vacationer, there is plenty to choose from for fun and fitness nearby: hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, waterskiing, wakeboarding, lakeside walking, scenic jogging.

We are offering special rates for early June rentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is canceled and we are holding a deposit, we will refund the deposit if and when we fill your cottage rental. We reserve the right to charge for any additional advertising expenses for attempting to fill your cancellation. If we fill partially or at a discount we will pro rate the deposit to reflect our loss. This policy applies to daily, weekly, multi-week, or monthly rentals.

2-3 bedroom cottages: $1195 to $1295 per week plus 9% VT Rooms Tax.
