Situated on North End Point, the property has over 300 feet of frontage on lake that is great for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Property has a large dock which eight people can sit on and also jump off of. Few motorboats on lake which can only go 5 mph. Safe for kids.

House which is 1000 square feet has three bedrooms - two with twin beds and one with queen bed. Bathroom has tub/shower. Large living room has a beautiful view of the lake and a wood stove. The kitchen is full functioning with kitchen table, dishes, utensils, glasses, new refrigerator, stove and double sink. Cottage uses pumped up lake water so bottled water cooler is available. Outside grill and water hose. Washer and dryer available and hot water too.

Screened porch with dining room table and patio with fire pit and picnic table. Slight walk down to dock through marked paths and small beach area where you can walk in to swim. Hiking trails within walking distance or a short drive. Plenty of dirt roads for a nice walk. Fifteen minutes to the Long Trail.

No TV but WiFi is available. Plenty of movies to watch on computers. Large collection of Vermont books to read also including mystery, poetry, novels, nature and Tasha Tudor.

Halfway between Brandon and Middlebury. Food supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and ice cream including maple or vanilla creemees nearby.
