Herons Rest is located on the East Shore of Lake Champlain with beautiful views of the Green Mountains. This comfortable, non-smoking, 2 bedroom condo sits directly on the lake with an extensive 30 x 60 stone patio, perfect for lounging, eating and playing. The patio has two table and chair sets, one under cover in case of rain and the other under a large umbrella to provide shade from the sun. It also has four chaises, a fire-pit and gas grill to make you comfortable as you watch the unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. This part of the lake is considered the Gold Coast of Lake Champlain. There is excellent fishing and swimming in the clear water. We have a shale beach, so water shoes are suggested to protect your toes.

The condo is spacious, clean, private, and has town water. There is a chefs kitchen with all the amenities to prepare your gourmet meals. If needed, a wood burning fireplace in the condo, can help you enjoy the cozy indoors on cool nights. The newly remodeled bathroom has a spa tub and separate shower, as well as an additional separate sink to provide enough room for everyone get ready for your daily adventures. The condo is also equipped with A/C,CD Player, radio, WiFi streaming TV. We provide 2 adult paddle boards, a paddle boat, and bicycles for your enjoyment, to be used at your own risk.

Rental days are Saturday at 4 PM - Saturday 10 AM

Year Round availability.

$1300 weekly Plus 9 % State Of Vermont Tax

$500 Refundable Security Deposit.
