With unobscured views of the Adirondacks, this cottage on the shores of Lake Champlain has a sweeping deck and easy-to-reach swimming dock. Four bedrooms upstairs (double beds in each, with an extra twin in one) are outfitted with full linens, pillows, mattress covers, and blankets. Bath towels and beach towels are provided. Deck and entrance are nearly at ground level and wheel-chair accessible.

Full kitchen, completely furnished, includes dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans, utensils, and blender. Two dining areas, one with beadboard pine walls, the other with cypress (in the sunroom), have views of the lake. Large livingroom, a full bathroom with tub downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs. (Please note that many plumbing systems on Long Point are fragile and need to be treated with care.)

Washer/dryer. Internet and life jackets provided at no extra charge. Outdoor propane grill.

Parking for up to three cars. Burlington and Middlebury are each 30 minutes away. Well-behaved pets possible. No smoking.

Minimum stay: 1 week unless negotiated with owner.

Discount available for multiple consecutive weeks.
