Our Green Cottage is on The Gut of Lake Champlain. The location and amenities make our cottage a perfect vacation retreat for both families and couples.
Rent a sailboat or motor boat if you don't bring your own. Rent a stand-up paddle board for the week. Use our kayaks to explore our quiet area of Lake Champlain. Float and fish right from shore or our shared dock. Have nightly marshmallow roasts at your big campfire. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the beautiful sunsets over The Gut of Lake Champlain.
The cottage (~1,800 sq ft) can sleep up to 6. The entire second floor is the master suite with King bed and 2-person shower. The suite also boasts a private second floor deck and a large walk-in closet that can be used as a kid's room (twin bed) if you need to keep a little one close by.
A queen bedroom and full bath are on the first floor. This home also features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, outdoor dining set and propane grill. The multiple interior A/C units will keep your family comfortable even on the hottest days.
You'll also have wired and wireless Internet service and ROKU TV service in the living room and master bedroom. You’ll have access to a multitude of cable channels, HBO and the ability to login to your own streaming accounts. There’s also a Blu-ray player and a selection of DVDs.
We provide the following: Paper products, personal soaps, trash bags, and cleaning soaps and sponge. Linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels. Spices, vinegar, vegetable oil. Firewood and matches, propane for grill.
Our home is convenient to Burlington, Montreal and the Grand Isle Ferry.
Easy day trips to Stowe (The Gondola, hike Mt. Mansfield, visit Ben & Jerry's Factory and the Cold Hollow Cider Mill), Burlington (Teddy Bear Factory, Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, Burlington Brewery Tours), Parc Safari in Hemmingford, Quebec and Montreal (shopping, Bell Centre, Biodome, Old Montreal, Casino) and more.

A deposit of $250 is required for all reservations. The deposit is refundable when all terms of our rental agreement are met.
