Fully furnished, we provide all linens; sleeps 6 comfortably, and fully equipped kitchen; gas grill, picnic table, private swimming pool, private lake frontage with a 40 foot dock. The main Cottage has One Bedroom (full size bed), two fold outs/futons in living area, and the separate Bunkhouse has 2 Full size beds! Hardwood provided for Chimnea and fire ring. Outdoor shower as well as indoor stone tile shower. Water is drawn from the lake, runs through Pump house filters for showers and sinks! Fresh drinking water provided as well as Water cells for cooking and brushing teeth. DISH TV, DVD/VHS & CD player.

Our Fall offers a time to reflect and enjoy the abundance of color the foliage season provides for us to enjoy. There are orchards to visit, a corn maze, cider and cider donuts to sample, apple festivals throughout the Port Henry, Crown Point, Champlain Islands, and antiquing galore.

A 90.00 cleaning fee will be charged .

50% down (non-refundable) along with a signed contract.
Total balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
****A damage/security deposit is due from the Lessee equal to one half the weekly rental amount, two weeks prior to arrival. This sum shall be returned, to Lessee, within Two Weeks following the tenancy provided that the Lessee has fully and faithfully carried out all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lessee’s part to be performed.
