This is a fully furnished home, nice wooden floors (the cat likes to run and slide on) with full functioning kitchen, one bath and two bedrooms: one with two singles and one with a double bed and views of the lake. There is extra sleeping room available with 2 convertible couches. House has wonderful views of the Adirondack Mountains.
One of the best fishing spots around. Never fished before? I'll get you started. Dock and mooring available.
Eat out and relax on the back porch, or in the living room and watch the boats go by, small airplanes landing, skiers, and fisherpersons all enjoying the lake, with a beautiful background view of the Adirondack Mountains. Gorgeous sunsets. Kayaks are available for use. This is a great vacation spot with some of the best fishing around. Steps to private beach and dock. (Not recommended for young children.) Large front lawn and lovely landscaped gardens. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Things to do: fish, swim, boat, hike, canoe, kayak, bike, or barbecue. A little over an hours drive will get you to Old Montreal, or ½ hr drive to Burlington for a change of pace. Excellent restaurants are just a 5-minute drive from the house. The island is accessible by ferry or car from either the west or east. Full service Marinas nearby (Dunhams Bay and North Hero Marina are close.) Mooring available.
Most convieniences supplied, but please bring sheets and towels.

Week-long rentals are $950, or $225 per night.

Available June through August for weekends or by the week.
Dogs allowed. (additional fee)


Security (half of rate) and a $200 refundable damage deposit required.

Vermont tax 9% extra.
