Downstairs: full bathroom and bedroom with queen-size bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with twin-beds, plus master bedroom with queen-size bed and full bathroom, and views to east and west. Also comes with washer/dryer and outdoor lawn furniture. Brand new high quality beds and fresh pillows, linens, towels included. Sleeps 8 comfortably (8 maximum occupancy enforced). No smoking.
Town beach with floats, tennis court, playground 5-minute walk away on other side of covered bridge. Nearby boat launch, hiking, biking, golfing, museums, shops, dining, library.
Central location: Burlington 20 minutes, Middlebury 30 minutes, Montreal 2 hours, ferry to NY 15-minute bike ride.
Off-Peak: $250/night, 2-night minimum; $1,350/week.
Mid-Peak: $275/night, 2-night minimum; $1,695/week.
Peak: $325/night, 2-night minimum; $2,070/week.
