2016 Rates:

$1500/week plus 9% VT rooms tax: July, August
$1400/week plus 9% VT rooms tax: June, September, October

$225/night plus 9% VT rooms tax (two-night minimum): September through May
Call for long term fall/winter/spring rates.

50% down (non-refundable) along with signed contract.
Total balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
$250.00 security/damage deposit with final payment.

Week-long rental period is Saturday 3 P.M. to Saturday 10 A.M.
