This historic seasonal cottage was originally built in 1902 and is located on Lake Champlain with spectacular views, sandy beach and incredible privacy. Situated on 40 acres of woodland on a secluded sandy cove of Lake Champlain the cottage has a living room, sun-room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower on first level, along with a large screened in deck facing Lake Champlain. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms off of a full large screened porch facing the lake. Each bedroom has a full bed and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. You can enjoy incredible views of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain from both the large screened decks or living room and sunroom.

Less than a 20-minute drive to downtown Burlington. Just 4 miles from Interstate 89.

Limit 8 people. Non-smokers. Cottage rental includes phone for local use only, wireless high-speed internet connection, (must have your own computer), outdoor gas grill, use of 2 kayaks and canoe. No laundry facilities or dishwasher on premises. Additional photos available.

$1,800 per week plus 9% VT Rooms tax and a cleaning fee.
