Two neighboring cottages sleep 8 & 10. Both cottages are directly on Lake Champlain with their own 60 feet of beach front. Each cottage faces west for spectacular sunset views across the lake. Cottages feature fully equipped kitchens, TV, satellite, VCR/DVD, WiFi wireless broadband internet access, washer/dryer, and gas fireplaces. Rentals also include rowboat, peddle boat, dock, and boat hoist. Located within a mile or so of two public boat launches. Just a mile from the Missisquoi National Wildlife refuge, the area offers some of the best fishing that Lake Champlain has to offer. Guests supply linens. Ask about pets and smoking.

Rent one or both! Our two adjacent cottages can accommodate from one to eighteen people, and provide a great way to vacation with friends or host a family reunion!

Cottages are available June 1- October 31.

The Pines weekly rate is $900 for 2 people in the fall, $1100 for 2 people during June, July, and August. For each additional guest over 2, add $100 per person up to the maximum occupancy of 8. (Photos above.) Well behaved pets are considered for an extra fee of $100 per week per pet.

The Maples weekly rate is $900 for 2 people in the fall, $1100 for 2 people during June, July, and August. For each additional guest over 2, add $100 per person up to the maximum occupancy of 10. (Photos below.) Well behave pets are considered for an extra weekly fee of $100 per pet.
