This cozy cottage is a recent updated two-bedroom, one-bath home directly on Lake Champlain. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has two twin beds. The living room has a pull out couch and the basement has a futon. The camp includes a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill and lawn furniture for summer barbecues. There are TVs in the main room and master bedroom with basic cable. There is also internet. Linens and towels are provided.

Enjoy sunsets from the lakeside deck. There is a stone patio at the waterfront and a dock to swim from.

The movie theater, drive-in movies, and restaurants in St. Albans are only a short 10 minute drive away!

May-October:
$1,449.70 a week (including 9% VT room tax)[190/night plus tax] and $200 security deposit via credit card. Cards for deposit will be run before checkin and will be fully returned after check out if no damages. Saturday to Saturday

If renting at least two weeks in the summer consecutively, rate is $1,373.4 a week including 9% VT room tax (180/night plus tax) and $200 security deposit that will be returned after check out if no damages.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals for July and August.


Check in is at 3pm Saturday and check out is 10am.
No Canadian checks.

Credit card payments are accepted. **Please note that there is a 3.5% service charge for credit card payment**

Full payment and signed contract is required at time of reservation. Week will not be held until owner receives signed contract and payment.
