The house has a Beautiful large screened-in porch which has panoramic views of the lake and the Adirondack mountains and gorgeous sunsets. A gas fireplace provides heat in fall leaf season. Large lawn, swing set, Charcoal grill and outdoor Fireplace and furniture.

On the private waterfront enjoy our large private dock with canoe, dinghy and mooring. Great area for swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, cycling, hiking.

Golf, tennis, dining, and day camp available at Basin Harbor. Day trip distance to Shelburne Museum, Morgan horse farm, Middlebury, Burlington, and many other attractions. No smoking. Well-behaved pets permitted.

Weekly Rentals only, $2,875/Week in July and August. September, from $2,475/Week

Rates for Prime period of July and August are $2,875/week plus a $125 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable security tax. Vermont Rooms tax of 9% is applicable to the rate.
June and September rates vary by week
