Picturesque 1938 cottage located on our own PRIVATE Duck Blind Island in North Ferrisburgh, VT (near Burlington, Shelburne, Vergennes, and Ferry to NY State) with spectacular views of the Adirondack Mountains and nearby islands. Private parking lot (park your cars and boat trailer) mainland dock and one-minute boat ride out to the Island dock. Put in your boat at the Vt. State Public Boat Lewis Creek access as you enter Long Point or smaller boats can be put in at the access next to our mainland dock.

Sleeps 6 comfortably, 2 bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with 2 twins) and 1 full futon couch in living room. Interior includes fieldstone fireplace, original knotty pine paneling, antique furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Screened and open porches, gas outdoor grill. Pillows with liners, blankets, mattress covers and comforters provided. Bring your own linens and towels.

Bring your boat and fish for bass, pike and perch. Fishing is also very productive from the Island shore. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and birding.

Rents are $1475.00 per week.
$500 non refundable deposit, $300 refundable damage deposit.
Plus 9% Vt, sales tax

Rental runs Sat/3pm check-in to Sat/11am check-out
