Private yard and patio on the lake, swimming beach, dock and boat mooring. AS beautiful in the winter as it is in the summer. The best for cozying up, reading, working, or just looking out the window.

Location is a 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington, VT, 200 yards to the Burlington bike path, one-hour drive to major ski resorts. 15-minute drive from University of Vermont, hospital, IBM and all major employers. Maximum occupancy is four people. No smoking or pets.

Rental Rates:

4-night minimum @ $200/night in fall only.

May 28, 2016 through October 30, 2016: $1,650/week. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Add 9% VT rooms tax and 1% Colchester use tax for 30 days occupancy or less plus Security Deposit of $500.00. Multi-week discounts NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
