Three bedrooms on second floor with common open ceiling to skylights above; one bedroom has a queen bed, one has a full bed and one has two twin beds. Best for maximum of 6 people. 32' dock and mooring for your boat in front of cottage. Shale beach good for swimming and afternoon sunning. Enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, biking and all summer activities. There are two sit-on-top kayaks and a Weber charcoal grill to help you enjoy your vacation. Located approximately 25 minutes north of Burlington and 90 minutes south of Montréal, Canada.
Season: Spring to Fall.
In-season weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) from June through September: $1600/week.
Off-season rates in May and October: $1300/week or $225/night (3-night minimum). Please note that the cottage is not insulated and the only heat is from a wood-burning fireplace.
