Charming rustic Lake Champlain cottage on the water facing west with lovely views of the Adirondack Mountains and wonderful sunsets. Grassy lawn with stairs leading down from the seawall to the water (pebble and sand beach). Clean water and very kid-friendly. No dock or mooring.
Knotty pine walls. Living room w/cathedral ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot & more). 1 bath (shower stall), 3 bedrooms - 2 bunk beds, 1 queen, 1 double. Bed linens, blankets, bath & beach towels included. Large porch w/attached deck overlooking the lake.
Perfect for small family. Cable TV, wireless internet. Books, games, toys; highchair & pack n'play available. Wood stove & wall heater for those cool nights. Air conditioning for those warmer days. Picnic tables, gas grill, outdoor clothes line and two kayaks are available.
Short distance to Malletts Bay, boat launch, drive-in theater, tennis, bike path, shopping, town park, laundromat and grocery stores. Less than 15 minutes from Burlington with its many shops, restaurants, summer festivals and famed Church Street. Easy drive to Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms and Ben & Jerry's; 90 miles to Montreal and 45 minutes to Mt. Mansfield (Stowe) - Vermont's highest mountain.

NOTE: -- The VT 9% R&M tax and 1% local tax will be added to the rental rate.
2020 standard rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. However, split weeks or extend a week are possible subject to availability. Bed linens, towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies are provided.
EARLY SEASON: May - June 19, $1000.00/wk
SUMMER SEASON: June 20-Aug 28, $1600.00/wk
LATE SUMMER: Aug 29-Sept 18, $1000.00/wk
FOLIAGE SEASON: Sept 19-Oct 15, $1120.00/wk
** 20% Discount for 2 or more weeks and 12% for returning renters.
* Check-in at 4 PM - Check-out at 10 AM.
A week can be extended by the day on either end.
Three day minimum for $800.(other than summer season)
There are no cleaning or breakage fees unless something gets damaged.
To confirm booking, 50% of the rental fee and signed rental agreement is required. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival.
