2018 Season Rates (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: June 16 through September 1: $1550/week

Labor Day: September 1 through September 8: $1350/week
Foliage: September 22 through October 13: $ 1350/week
All Other Spring & Fall (off-season): $1250/week
Will consider daily rentals during off-season, 3-night minimum @ $250/night

The State and Town require that a 10% VT Rooms tax be collected on all rentals less than 30 days. It will be added to the rates listed above.

We ask for a REFUNDABLE $500 Security deposit to reserve your vacation dates. Rental fee is due three months before your arrival.
