This new lake front house provides relaxation and comfort right on the sandy beach in Malletts Bay VT. Bring your boat because a boat mooring is included.

Three bedrooms, two full baths, two-person shower and Jaccuzi tub, The two large lower bedrooms open up to full sliding glass doors with a private porch lakeside. House is built in the cliff, so the size is very deceiving from the road side, but you will learn soon enough where as some consider the road side the front of the house, not this aptly named house "Lake Lure," all windows face west and the front of this house is beach side. The lower beds, have a private entrance to the beach or private entrance at night if you go for a late night beach stroll or jont into Burlington. Equipped with a very large kitchen, WiFi, central air. Sunsets and views everywhere. Sailboat races take place mid-week throughout the summer. Dogs o.k... each room sleeps two, and the natuzzi couch can fit two singles, there is also a day sleeper for one or it pulls down to sleep two. So at max capacity the house provides 10 person sleeping option if people don't mind sleeping next to each other. There is room for you to bring your own air mattress as well. I no longer provide linens. The beds are fitted with mattress pads and fitted sheets. Some linen is on site for use. please email with any questions.

Rent is $2000/week.
50% non-refundable deposit.
