Located on the west side of the lake. There is 100-ft of lakeshore & boat dock ensures lots of summer fun, including swimming, boating, fishing, hiking & kayacs. Boat to golf & dining. Beautiful view of the majestic Green Mountain fall foliage. 45-minute drive to Killington & Okemo.

Amenities include: Fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor fireplace, gas barbecue, Smart TV, cable, stereo/CD, board games. Sleeps up to 10: 1-bedroom with full bed, 1-bedroom with 2 bunks (queen on bottom-twin on top), 1-bedroom with double bed & sleeper sofa on screened-in porch. We do have a queen blow up mattress in the 2 bunk room.
Sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included.

To-do: nearby Rutland shopping, dining & movies; 50 miles to Saratoga; 35 miles to Lake George & Great Escape Amusement Park; 40 miles to Manchester outlets; 1-1/2 hr to Shelburne Museum & Burlington.

In winter the lake is frozen over. There is hiking, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snow mobile trails and skiing (pico/Killington 30min) (okemo 45 min)

Available year round; $275 @ night or $1,925/week.
A non refundable deposit of $875 is due right away to hold the week, the remainer is due by April 15. There is a 100.00 cleaning fee. That is due April 15 also.

There is no smoking in the house and you please pick up the butts.

We do allow well behaved pets, please do not allow them on the furniture and please vacume the hair (if any) and pick up after them in the yard.

We have another house on the property that is a 3 season house it sleeps 8 (2 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches) 1 bathroom. 200 @ night
