Our brand new 2,500-square-foot cottage is steps away from one of the most beautiful lakes in New England. Surrounded on all sides by the Green Mountain National Forest and located on 27 acres of private property. It is like being on your own private lake! Included in the rental is access to a private dock, canoes, kayaks and a paddle boat. In the winter you can take advantage of the snow whether you want to cross country ski (trails right outside your door) or downhill ski at Killington ski resort (25 minutes by car).

There are spectacular views from every window, a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen and large screened-in porch. A bunk room with five extra large built-in bunks makes it perfect for families with children. The master bedroom has a kitchenette for making coffee in the morning or having an after dinner drink before watching a DVD on the large flat screen TV. (There is no cable or satellite). The main level has a large gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, in addition to an office area and another bedroom and bath. The finished basement can be used for relaxing and playing games or sleeping three more people. The cottage can easily sleep 10 people. Rent the cottage for the weekend, a week or more!

All rates include access to boats, dock and private beach. One maid service per week with towels and linens. Thirty percent deposit needed to secure reservation. Fully refundable up to 30 days prior. Within 30 days of rental date all deposits will become non-refundable. VT rooms and resort tax not included in rental rates.

High Season (June-Jan): Weekend-$1,700, Weekly-$4,000.
Low Season (Feb-May): Weekend-$1,450, Weekly-$3,000.
