Large cabin has 4+ bedrooms, additional sleeping alcove, 2.5 baths, stand alone walk-in shower, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Small cabin is a large studio with bathroom, kitchenette, large deck. Wood stoves in each. Heat pump in large cabin provides heat and AC. High speed Internet. Wood floors. Everything provided, including linens. Canoe, lifejackets, rowboat, kayak, sunfish sailboat if launched, huge dock, large firepit. Hiking, swimming, fishing. Great swimming with sandy bottom for kids. Lake views from every window. Open kitchen/dining area.
20 minutes from Burlington. Less than one hour from Stowe (Mt. Mansfield & Von Trapp Family Lodge), Middlebury, Camel's Hump, Ben & Jerry's, Shelburne Farms and Museum, Vermont Teddy Bear Factory. Private. Great for late spring, summer, and leaf-peeping season.
Cottages are closed for the winter and reopen in mid-May. Dates of availability and rates are subject to change and may be negotiable. Please contact the owner if you have any questions.
May, June, September & October:
$1,450/week for large cottage
$1,750/week for use of both cottages
$1,600 /week for large cottage.
$1,900/week for use of both cottages.
Large cottage may be rented alone or with studio (see rates above)during May, June, July, August. No separate rental of studio during those months.
Cabins may be rented as stand alones during September and October at $1450/week for large cabin and $1000/week for studio. Nonrefundable $110 reservation/cleaning fee required for reservation with remainder paid per contract that will be sent upon receipt of reservation fee.
All rates subject to 9% Vermont Rooms Tax. No additional booking fees per Airbnb etc. Vermont Room Tax # 10014844.
