Large, cozy farmhouse with gas fireplace, hot tub, Direct TV/HBO, 4 TVs and 8 acres of hillside trails. The kids' room has an attached playroom with toys, games, puzzles and TV/DVD. There is also a reading niche with wireless downstairs. Linens and towels are provided. Our house is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We do accept pets as well for a $75 pet fee.

Dec. 22 - Jan. 8, 2008 $369 / night.
Jan. 9 - March 31, 2008 $299 / night.
Add 9% VT rooms tax to all rates.
