Full airy basement to sleep more in a "camp environment." Woodstove(firewood provided) & furnace. Deck overlooking babbling brook with propane grill and hammock. Fully furnished with newly renovated kitchen: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, linens, dishes,paper products, washer/dryer, VCR/DVD, DirecTV. Cathedral ceiling & big windows. Cleaning included in the rate. Well behaved pets allowed.
2-stall horse barn with wooded paddock. No extra charge for horses. Ride from cabin on dirt roads and trails. Rural area perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, skiing and snowmobiling, yet close to many Vermont attractions: Quechee Gorge, maple sugaring, Woodstock village(5 mi.), Billings Farm Museum, VINS Raptor Center, Dartmouth College, Cornish Museum in Windsor, covered bridges, canoeing on Conn.River, horsebackriding and sleigh rides at nearby Kedron Valley Stables. Rents Year-round: $700-$1000/week, $125-$200/night, no long-term rentals.
Security deposit(refundable) + VT lodging tax (9%) required.
Weekend rentals are not booked more than 30 days in advance of date except during off season.
3 weeks during the year the rate of $1000 applies: George Washington Birthday week, Columbus Day week, and the week between Christmas & New Years. Holiday and fall foliage weeks are $800 - the other weeks are $700.
