This is a beautiful rental home sleeps 4 comfortably. It has majestic long-range views to the West, and sits atop a rolling Meadow. You can see Killington Mountain in the distance, and watch beautiful sunsets in the summer and also see the colors of autumn advance across the green mountains in the fall.
It is a post and beam open concept floor plan. It was constructed by the owner in 2012. The interior design was inspired by a trip to the Southwest. There is a fireplace to warm your bones, and radiant heat tile floors to warm your feet.
** The spacious master bedroom has a king bed & large closets.
The sunroom has a platform queen bed ( best view in the house).
The kitchen is fully equipped. Large country dining table seats six comfortably.
The living room centers around the fireplace & other amenities are a Wi-Fi, DISH TV, Smart capable TV for streaming your own stuff.
Parking at the rear mudroom gives privacy and convenience.
Maplecrest Farm has a working Sugarbush, and we produce our own label right here. Maplecrest Farm has great walking trails and is only a short distance from the center of Woodstock where you will find great restaurants, movie theater, golf course, 2 gyms, Billings Farm museum, Killington Ski area and
GMHA in south Woodstock.
So much, so-close all for your enjoyment.
The owner does live and work on the property, and is available for a sugarhouse tour and area suggestions should you need. If you don't need, you have plenty of privacy and freedom to roam about the entire property, all the roads, trails and meadows.

This is a year round part time rental house.
* Rate per night: $225.00 / 2 night minimum please
* Vt. property Tax and Cleaning are included in this rate.
* No extra dog fee, as long as you are attentive.
* flexible check in and out, within reason of course.
* Weekly Rate (6) nights $1,200.00
* 30 days $ $4,000.
Upon making the reservation, We ask for one night rent as your refundable security deposit. This should be mailed promptly. Once we receive your check, your dates will be confirmed via email with driving directions etc. Full payment due on check in.
