House is located on a peaceful country road but convenient to all amenities. Woodstock Farmers Market is steps away and direct access to Mt. Tom trailhead is right out the back door. Great house for family getaways, Woodstock events and weddings, skiing, snowshoeing, biking and hiking. Woodstock is a historical resort town home to Billings Farm (once a Rockefeller estate), many hiking trails, VINS (VT Institute of Natural Science) and Mt Tom National Park. Enjoy skiing at Suicide Six, a great family area, Killington is a 20 minute drive and Okemo is 35 minutes. The village is less than a mile walk.
The house has a screened porch, stone patios, flat screen TV, wifi, cable, full kitchen, dining room, living room, den, 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, washer, dryer, grill, a/c in each bedroom. Bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen and 1 room with 2 twin beds.

Weekly $4,000 - $5,000 depending on season.
Nightly $700 - $800 depending on season.
Monthly / seasonal is negotiable.
Additional cleaning fee, security deposit and 10% VT rooms tax.
