We love this 1890 Woodstock farmhouse. It's being fully renovated and will be available for rent September 1st. This unit is as comfortable and clean as any you will find in the area.

When our renovations are complete, the apartment will have local Vermont slate floors and local maple countertops. We are polishing the hardwood floors, painting, and purchasing entirely new furniture and mattresses. Both bathrooms are also being completely redone.

The Woodstock area has everything you could ask for: swimming holes, lakes, hiking, biking, and skiing. There are great hiking trails in the National Park and on Mount Peg, both located only 5 minutes away. There are also several shops and restaurants located just down the street, as is the famous Woodstock Inn. Billings Farm is also located only a few minutes away. Additional cultural and night-life activities can be found in nearby Hanover, NH, home to Dartmouth College. Killington is 20 minutes away, as well as the Green Mountain National Forest, Quechee Gorge, Silver Lake and Route 100.
