Connected to house by outdoor deck, the cottage is studio-style with king-sized bed, sitting area, screened-in porch, queen-sized sleeper sofa, bath with shower and refrigerator, microwave. Fully equipped with linens and towels. Together they accommodate 4-8. Views of Mad River and Granville Gulf. In Waitsfield VT, 1.7 miles to Sugarbush Access Road, 5 miles to Mad River Glen. Dogs welcomed.

Ski Season "Weekends Only" at House (sleeps 2-4).
Minimum five weekends at $500 per weekend (holiday weekends may be included at holiday rate; additional weekends may be added at discount).
Regular Rates, House and Cottage: $350/night; $1500/week; $3800/month.
House only: $250/night; $1000/week; $2800/month.
Cottage only: $150/night; $500/week; $1500/month.
Holidays: $450/night when taken together; House only: $300/night; Cottage only: $200/night.
Christmas/New Year's Week/President's Week (minimum 5 nights; House only): $1500;
$1800 for 7 night stay (sleeps 2-4).
9% Vermont rooms tax applies.
