Two living rooms (one with fireplace); two full baths, dining room and professionally-styled kitchen. Excellent swimming in summer; cross country skiing on property in winter. Close to town, shopping, dining, entertainment; two cross country ski areas. Fully-equipped and well-appointed. Available long-term; short-term or for ski season. Dogs welcomed.

Regular Rate: $600 per night; $3600 per week.
Holiday Rate: $700 per night. $4200 per week.
2008 Thanksgiving Weekend (4 nights): $2000.
Summer Special 2008: June 1-September 1 $2800 per week.
Christmas-New Year's Week; President's Week (5 night minimum) $3500; with 7 night stay during these holiday weeks: $4200.
$6000/month including utilities, except phone.
Special 'Weekends Only' Ski Season Package - Minimum 5 weekends: $1200/weekend (holidays weekends may be included at holiday rate; additional weekends may be added at discount).
9% Vermont rooms tax applies.
