Spruce is an adorable cottage, with original exposed post & beam, built in 1850, and one of 5 units we have available, all nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains on the Northfield/Roxbury line. Spruce sleeps 8 or more, with 2 bedrooms, an open living/kitchen area, washer and dryer, and a full bath. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen-sized beds, and there are two more queen beds in the living area downstairs. All linens and kitchen needs are supplied, as well as satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, a private yard and 36 acres of fields and trails on site, to enjoy and share with other guests.
Nightly: Sunday-Thursday $150, Friday-Saturday $200.
Weekly: $800.
Monthly: $2000.
