Recently renovated. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a split bath. There is a toilet and a sink in one room and a tub with a shower and sink in another room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with one double bed. There is also a bath with a shower upstairs.
The rustic livingroom has a brick fireplace with a propane insert and hand-hewn beams and looks out on the pond and flower gardens. There is also a modern kitchen, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, VCR, DVD Player, satellite TV and a weber charcoal grill. The house is heated with propane.
The pond is three quarters of an acre in size, has a gravel base and is eight feet deep in the middle. It is stocked with brook trout. The grassy shore provides easy access. There is a row boat you can use. A screened gazebo sits on the far shore.
Tennis, horseback riding, golf, and ski lifts are five minutes away. Theater & concerts are a short 30 minute drive. The Stratton Resort is 1.5 miles away. Pets & children are welcome.

$1050/week plus tax and $100 Security Deposit for rentals under 31 days in the summer. The shortest rental is for a week. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
$9,500/ski season (December-April 15th) plus utilities and security deposit in the winter.
