Weekly Rates (30% off 7 night stays) are for Fri. to Fri., Sun. to Sun. or midweek to midweek.

Signed rental agreement required. Stays that include a Fri. or Sat. will be charged weekend rate for 2 nights (3 on holiday weekends). ONE-night stays are considered (and their price negotiated) on a case by case basis only.
