Peak season rate is $2000/wk plus 9% VT tax. Substantial off-season rates and multi-week discounts. For summer bookings completed by March 1, we offer a $100 per week discount which makes the rate $1900 per week plus 9% VT tax.

We also require a $400 (refundable) security deposit.
