Newly Constructed Lakefront Vacation Home on Lake Elmore

This 5 BR 4 bath lakefront vacation home on Lake Elmore sleeps 11 comfortably. It is ideal for large families or multiple families.

The main level has a living room; dining room; kitchen; laundry; full bath; and bedroom with full size bed. The second floor has a master BR suite with king bed, gas fireplace, shower and jacuzzi tub. This level has a second bedroom with queen bed and en suite bath. The walk-out cellar has a kid-friendly rec room with a big screen tv. There are two more bedrooms here, one with a queen bed and one with one full-size bed and one twin bed. They share a full bath.

Amenities include cherry and heated tile floors; HDTV; telephone; fully equipped kitchen; gas grill; 2 kayaks; canoe.

This home won the 2010 HBRANV award for best house in the over 3000 sq ft/under $500,000 category and was featured in Vermont Magazine's Summer 2011 issue in "Just the Right Size."

Fall: Foliage season is spectacular. View the splendor from the home's many windows and 2 outside decks or hike up Mt. Elmore for 360 degree views.

Winter: Twenty minutes from Stowe, with skiing and snowboarding. If that's too far, just walk outside for ice fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding & VAST snowmobiling.

Any Time: Hike, bike, fish, relax and enjoy the lake.

Spring, fall and winter non-holiday: $250/night, $1200/week.

June through October, Xmas, New Years,$500/night, $2500/week.

2-night minimum.

Not available mid-June through August.

To rates, add 9% VT rooms tax, $100 pet deposit (refundable), $100 security deposit (refundable) and $150 cleaning fee (refundable). 50% deposit taken at time of reservation, balance due before arrival. Major credit cards accepted.
