Stowe Mt Resort: Ski Lift 400 Yds, Mt Views, Hot Tub, Sauna

"MT. Mansfield Farm" is Stowe's nicest large home rental ideally located at Stowe MT. Resort, 400 yards from skiing. It is a newer home/horse ranch with 8+ bedrooms (sleeps 24 w/15 beds), 4 full baths, mountain views in 3 directions. The house doubles as a spa with an outdoor hot tub, indoor cedar sauna and small gym. Large great room with flat screen TV, VT antiques, kitchen with 2 cooking areas seating 10 with a adjacent dining room decorated in a fly fishing theme seating another 11. The only property rental in Stowe with horses to wake up to: Clydesdales and a beautiful black stallion.

Each of the bedrooms is uniquely named/decorated in that name's theme. Bedrooms include Sugarbush (queen bed), Coyote Den (queen), Chrissie's Dream (queen), Green Mountain Bunkhouse (3 sets of bunkbeds, 6 beds total), Sir Lancelots Lair (queen), Jackson Hole (queen), Morgan Horse (queen/2 full) and Camelot (full).

We are on the Mtn Road, free shuttle bus route, on a river, within Stowe Mountain Resort, next to miles of hiking, biking, snowshoeing trails.

New smoke/carbon monoxide detectors installed. This is a 6000 sq foot house/horse ranch with WI-FI. For the feeding, watering and exercising of the horses, owner stays in a separate section of the property using a private entrance/e

Winter (December 11 - March 31):
$1,300/night for 2 nights, $1,200/night for 3 nights, $1,100/night 4 nights.
$7,000 for 7 night non-holiday week, $8,400 for 7 night holiday week.

New Years and February School vacation weeks are 7 night minimum rentals.

Early Winter (October - December 18):
$1,000 per night for 2 nights, $900 per night for 3 nights. $4,900 for 7 nights.

Spring Skiing (April 1 - April 25):
$950 per night for 2 nights, $900 for 3 nights.

$150 Cleaning Fee. Refundable Security Deposit. 9% VT rooms tax.
10% discount on rentals within 14 days of use.
