Stowe Mt Resort: Ski Lift 400 Yds, Mt Views, Hot Tub, Sauna

"MT. Mansfield Farm" is Stowe's nicest large home rental and is ideally located in Stowe MT. Resort 400 yards from skiing. It is a newer home/horse ranch with 8 bedrooms +2 lofts (sleeps 24 w/ 16 beds), 4 full baths, mountain views in 3 directions. The house doubles as a spa with a 6-person outdoor hot tub, 8-person indoor cedar sauna and a small gym. Large great room w/ cathedral ceilings, kitchen w/ 2 cooking areas seating 10, and adjacent dining room seating 12. The only Stowe rental property with horses, two Clydesdales and a beautiful German "Black Stallion". There are dozens of classic Vermont antiques throughout.

Each bedroom is uniquely named on each door/uniquely theme decorated. They include: Maple Suger Shack (Queen bed), Sugarbush (Queen), Coyote Den (Queen), Green Mountain Bunkhouse (3 Sets of bunkbeds=6 beds), Sir Lancelot's Lair (Queen), Mad River Suite (Queen + a Full in attached loft), Morgan Horse Suite (Queen + Full in attached loft) & Camelot (Full).

We are on the free shuttle bus route to Stowe Village, on a major river, and attached to 50 miles of hiking trails.

New smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, WI-FI, flatscreen TV and gas grill. For the feeding, watering and exercising of the horses, owner stays in a private/separate section of the property.

Winter (December 11 - March 31):
$1,300/night for 2 nights, $1,175/night for 3 nights, $1,050/night 4 nights.
$7,000 for 7-night non-holiday week, $8,400 for 7-night holiday week.
New Years and February school vacation weeks are 7-night minimum rentals.

Spring Skiing (April 1 - April 25):
$1,100 per night for 2 nights, $1000 for 3 nights.

Spring/Summer/Fall:
$1,000 per night for 2/3 nights, $4200 per full week.

$150 Cleaning Fee. Refundable Security Deposit. VT tax.
