The rental rates from June 1, 2015 to December 10,2015 are $75 per night from Sunday through Thursday nights and $100 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. The rental rate for five nights from Sunday through Thursday is $325 and the weekly rental rate is $500. There is a minimum rental amount of $200.

The rental rates from December 11, 2015 to March 31, 2016 are $150 per night from Sunday through Thursday nights and $225 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. The rental rate for five nights from Sunday through Thursday is $650 and the weekly rental rate is $1,050. There is a minimum rental of two nights.

Rates do not include the 9% Vermont rooms tax (only for rentals of 30 days or less). Please email us for holiday, monthly and seasonal rates.

In addition to the rental rates, there is a cleaning fee of $110 and a security deposit of $250 required.
