For winter ski season rental, this Ludlow house is located just ten minutes to Okemo family mountain and 20 to 30 minutes to Bear Creek, Bear Mountain, Killington and Pico Ski Resorts. A view of Okemo Mountain can be seen from the deck overlooking the lake to the southwest.

We are currently looking to rent property out during the summer months starting Sat. July 3rd, 2010. (Saturday to Saturday rental)
$1,500 weekly, holiday weeks
$1,200 non-holiday weeks
$500 security deposit, $75 for cleaning fee
9% VT Rooms Tax when required.
Leasing now for winter ski season 2010-2011 (4 or 5 month lease)
$9,000 December through March
$10,000 November through March
All utilities, wood for fireplace, snow removal and garbage removal paid by renters.
